Using GenVisuals AI
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and may only upload or generate content you have the right to use. Illegal, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing use is prohibited.
Credits and billing
Credits are consumed according to the model and settings shown before submission. Credits do not expire. Failed jobs are refunded automatically. Refunds and disputes may create a negative balance that blocks new work.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. The first release does not support direct in-cycle plan switching.
AI output
Generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other material. You are responsible for review, disclosure, permissions, and compliance with the selected model provider’s current commercial terms.
Service availability
Generative models and third-party services can change, fail, or be withdrawn. We may replace endpoints or adjust credit pricing prospectively when provider costs change.
Contact and governing terms
Before launch, add the operating entity, governing law, dispute process, refund policy, and official contact details.
