Information we collect
We collect account details supplied through Google sign-in, generation prompts and settings, Creem payment identifiers, and technical records required to operate and secure the service.
How media is handled
Reference images and videos and completed generation results are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Objects are separated into upload and generated-media paths by media type and UTC date. Account ownership is recorded in our database rather than embedded in object paths or metadata, and access is provided through expiring signed links.
AI providers
Prompts and short-lived signed reference links are sent to the selected model provider to complete your request. Provider output is configured for seven-day retention while it is copied into My Creations.
Payments
Creem processes payments and stores payment credentials. GenVisuals AI receives transaction, customer, and subscription identifiers but does not store full card numbers.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal data. Legal retention duties and fraud-prevention records may limit deletion.
