GenVisuals AI is operated by MEILAN KUANG, an individual located at Building 7, Lane 298, Sibao Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai, China. This policy explains how we process personal information when you visit, create an account, purchase credits, or use the service.

We collect account information provided through Google or email verification-code sign-in; prompts, model settings, reference media, and generated output; purchase, customer, subscription, refund, and dispute identifiers; support communications; and technical records such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, security events, and service logs.

We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure generations, maintain My Creations, calculate and reconcile credits, process purchases and subscriptions, enforce acceptable use, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and diagnose or improve service reliability.

Prompts and short-lived signed links to reference media are sent to the selected AI model provider to complete your request. Provider output is configured for seven-day retention while completed media is copied into My Creations.

Stripe or PayPal processes payments according to the option you select and stores the payment credentials used with that provider. GenVisuals AI receives transaction, customer or payer, subscription, refund, and dispute information needed to provide credits and manage billing, but does not store full card or bank-account numbers.

We use service providers for authentication and databases, private object storage, hosting, email delivery, AI generation, content moderation, analytics necessary for operations, and payment processing. Private media access uses expiring signed links. Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their contractual and legal safeguards.

Generated media is ordinarily available in My Creations for 180 days. Other account, generation, security, payment, and support records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or payment-network obligations. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer required, subject to backup and legal-retention cycles.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or export of eligible personal information. You may cancel subscriptions through the applicable Stripe or PayPal account controls and may stop using the service at any time. Legal retention, fraud-prevention, payment, and security requirements may limit certain requests.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. GenVisuals AI is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date, and material changes will be communicated when required by law.
